Julian grew up in the Meatpacking District of New York city.

In spite of this he enjoys Beef, Lamb, Chicken, Veal, and all Fishes. He does not eat Pork, though he does enjoy Bacon.

Now that Florent is gone, he goes to Hector's Restaurant.

Sometimes he can be seen eating bacon at La Bonbonniere.
